Third
and fourth levels are learning about animals and types of movies.
Therefore, they have done an activity in which they had to create a
small model on a zoo and a cinema.
Through
the activity, the students have reinforced the unit vocabulary and
practiced grammar. Also, some students have worked in group,
developing collaboration and participation among all.
‘It’s fun and beautiful to do a model. We can use many materials (plasticine, card, glue, marker pen…). We have made a cinema, with billboards, the box office and the dolls( Dylan, Rubby, Jasmin and Snowball). We had a good time and it was not difficult to do’ Raquel, Marta y Violeta (4th level)
In addition, the students tried to
explain their model in English in front of the class, so the
communicative competence is being worked on little by little.
The
activity has been a success and they have enjoyed the learning
process.

Los
alumnos de tercero y cuarto están aprendiendo sobre animales y tipos
de películas. Por ello, han realizado una actividad en la que debían crear una pequeña maqueta sobre un zoo y un cine.
A
través de la actividad, los alumnos han reforzado el vocabulario
de la unidad y han practicado gramática. También, algunos alumnos han trabajado en grupo, desarrollando la colaboración y
participación entre todos.
Además,
los alumnos intentaron explicar su maqueta en inglés en frente
de sus compañeros, por lo que la competencia comunicativa se está
trabajando poco a poco.
La
actividad ha sido un éxito y ellos han disfrutado en el proceso de
aprendizaje.
